After our day in Cefalu, we were scheduled to go to the Aeolian Islands. However, going to Sicily was the biggest trip my bambino had been on at this point in his life. He was beyond exhausted, so we took the day off.

It just so happened that the neighboring town had a pop-up market that day. Since it was nearby, we decided to casually walk to the market while pushing the bambino in his stroller.

The market had a variety of vendors; clothing, jewelry, toys, kitchenry, and more.

My husband found a box with sailboats from an antique dealer, my son got a Lightening McQueen car, and I found a Sicilian dress. Overall, it was a nice market to browse.

Today’s Fortnum and Mason tea is Chai.

This is traditionally a spicy tea and Fortnum and Mason’s has black tea, cinnamon bark, coriander, cumin, ginger, cloves, star anise and fennel.

I am pretty particular about my Chai teas and happen to enjoy the Chai I mix personally better than this. But guess what ya’ll! 4 days until Christmas! Let the baking begin!
