Happy Sunday, and guess what! Next week is Christmas!
For the 4th of July, we went to the beach with some family. Ocean City is always crowded for this holiday, so we stay away from the boardwalk and enjoyed the ocean closer to Delaware.
We spent hours on the beach. I think it’s the longest we’ve been there with our son. The weather was beautiful, the water was calm and the temperature was perfect.
Northside Park is a great location to go enjoy fireworks. We threw in some sparklers and poppers to add to the fun!
To add to our beach getaway, we had delicious ice cream at Dumsers, played indoor mini golf to avoid sunburn, and completed a round of bowling.
I’m very excited about today’s tea! I learned that Heron’s Meadow Farm (BLTeas) in Woodbine, Maryland, grows tea! I believe it is the only place in Maryland that grows tea and has seasonal limited editions available to purchase. I got my hands on their Black Raven tea, which is a whole leaf dried and processed at their farm. The flavor is unlike any black tea I’ve had. It’s woody, earthy, and somehow smooth. Strange yet delightful. I’m a fan. Have a great Sunday!
