St. Patty’s Green Tea

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! I’m wearing my green, I have some cabbage from my garden ready for dinner, and I decided to add to the green by making a green tea. Side note: I looked in last years garden the other day and found a healthy cabbage and some broccoli. How did that grow through the winter?! Anywho, I decided to make a fruity green tea, with fruits I thought wouldn’t go great together. Not sure why, but how can you experiment without taking chances?

1/4 tsp green tea

1 tsp dried pear

1 tsp dried apple,

4 very small dried orange peels

It’s definitely fruity. I didn’t want to put too much orange peel in there because I didn’t want it to overwhelm the pear and apple. Just as a small after taste. However, I don’t think I tasted the orange at all. The pear and apple definitely came through, to make a nice fruity tea.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day Everyone! I hope you have an enjoyable one!
