Wahoo!! Two days until Christmas! Who is getting excited!?!? I definitely am! I was craving some chocolate, so I made these Blonde Brownies and they hit the spot!

I think you’re supposed to let them cool before cutting the Blonde Brownies but I literally could not wait! I snapped a quick photo of them with my beautiful Two’s Company tea set and Revolution Tea’s Acai Green tea (good with some sugar). Then I munched down!

Blonde Brownies
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cups brown sugar, packed
3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1.) In mixing bowl, beat brown sugar and softened butter until creamy.
2.) Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Followed by baking powder and salt.
3.) Gradually beat in flour until it’s well mixed.
4.) With a spoon, mix in chocolate chips.
5.) Grease 13×9 or there about sized pan and spread in the batter.
6.) In preheated oven of 350 degrees, bake blonde brownies for 20-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
