Black Cherry Tea Float: 12 Days to Christmas 2021

Hello beautiful people! I have no idea where this idea came from but I made an alcoholic tea float and it was a fantastic idea!

I brewed Darjeeling black tea in about 1 1/4 cups hot water, added 1/8 tsp lemon juice and 0.5 oz of Cherry Heering Liqueur. To add another layer of delicious, I put a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It really tasted good! I highly recommend it.

To add to the fun I used yeast for the first time while baking Suffolk Fourses. A day of firsts! (No countertops were ruined in the making of this bread)
