Happy Friday! Only 8 days until Christmas!
Today’s mixture was for the sake of variety. I have learned that Scotch isn’t really my favorite. Nevertheless, Ginger Peach Black tea from The Republic of Tea did pair well with it.
I mixed 1.5 oz of Dimple Scotch Whiskey with 6-8 oz of ginger peach tea. The more tea, the better for me. I also enjoyed mixing the hot tea in with iced scotch. Tasting the warm tea with the drink as it was just thrown in ice was a fun sensation.
