Yay to 13 more days! Christmas will be here before you know it!
Buddy Boy took his first subway ride into Times Square. It was mostly uneventful, just like we want.
When getting off the subway, he was momentarily surprised by how tall the buildings are. Then I would say in Times Square, he was awed by the bunches of TV screens, overwhelmed by people and characters in costumes, etc. But what really happened was he looked down at the ground and tried not to step on any of the cracks. At least he was holding my hand all the way to the M&M store, so there were no mishaps.
After the M&M store, with a new purple hoodie and purple and red M&M socks, we went to see Aladdin on Broadway.
Let me tell ya’ll, Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway is fantastic! There’s new characters and music during this production that I fell in love with. My son noticed there’s no animals on Broadway, but he surprisingly didn’t have a problem with it.
He loved it so much he bought a Genie toy afterward and wanted a photo by the Aladdin Broadway Musical poster.
Yep, I bought this beautiful cup from Aladdin on Broadway, and it makes me so happy! The tea I’m enjoying is from Adagio Teas’ fandom blend called “A Taste of New York City”. It has black tea, ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, natural cinnamon flavor & assam melody. Steeping and drinking it straight has a strong Cardamon flavor. However, I think it’s great as a cold chai latte.
