Sometimes you just want something simple to match the flavor that you’re craving. For me the other day, that was mint tea. Sure, I have some pre-made mint teas in my house…that also has three other flavors in it. I just wanted Mint Green Tea. So I made it. It was so simple. In addition to heating water I mixed:
1 tsp green tea
1/8 – 1/4 tsp dried mint
Wah-la! It was delicious. As I am trying hard to figure out how to make a stronger dried fruit flavor to come out in my teas, it was nice to take a step back to being simple and getting the exact flavor I wanted.
For no reason at all, here’s a picture of Rory.

Have a wonderful day 🙂
